Black Naval And Military Assignment

President Kelsey Wesson started an 8-year mission for black men aged 6 to 12. They are to field and soldier as military based in Botswana, Cuba, Australia, and Kuwait.

The ages put the students and generations in perfect position to run as President from 34 (68 years old) onwards. The President has many naval ships co-signed to the United States as well as private ships to maintain and work on to protect the ships from entering an end-of-life kind of situation.

The mission has President George H. W. Bush as the co-signatory. It is the first of the kind in the world. The work is invigilated by Achebe. The work must make it to Policy first in active war zone warfare situations to become a Obama-style Policy.
